Voices of the Exhibition

This project was advised by Dr. Natalie Dykstra.


ABSTRACT

Through the use of podcasts and story telling, this project describes the experiences of those who visited the Centennial Exhibition of 1876.  The Exhibition was a large world’s fair held in Philadelphia to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.  People from all across the globe visited  the Exhibition, with a total of 10 million people in attendance during the six months it was open.
